Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • You are unable to use our service due to technical issues on our end.
  • You cancel your subscription within 24 hours of purchase.
  • You experience a significant service disruption that prevents use of the platform.

Refunds outside of these criteria will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email and reason for the request.
  3. We will review your request within 2 business days.

If approved, your refund will be issued via your original payment method (processed by our payment partner, Paddle) within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Subscriptions beyond the 24-hour refund window
  • Use of the service in violation of our Terms of Service
  • Change in personal/business preferences or requirements
